1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality service for our creators. Our team works closely with you to ensure your app is launched tailored to your vision. If you have any concerns regarding the service, please reach out to our support team at info@virtusoftech.com immediately.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Given the digital nature of our services and the immediate technical efforts involved, refunds are generally not provided under the following circumstances:

  • Once the custom app building or server deployment process has officially started.
  • After your branded application has been submitted to or published on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Individual "one-time" setup fees are strictly non-refundable due to the labor and asset costs incurred.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

For any recurring software or hosting subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Previous subscription payments are non-refundable.

4. Refunds for Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your service before our technical team has initiated any development or setup (within 24 hours of your purchase), we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
